This tutorial was developed by Meghan Quinn, Legislative Aide and Steve Mirsky, Library Specialist at the Connecticut State Library. No claim is made in covering all aspects of CT's legislative process. Rather, lessons have been designed to provide an overview of this complex process by breaking down key steps and applicable terminology into bite size portions that are easily remembered.
